At the very least, test your plain tap water again and see if the results are what they should be. Something seems a little fishy to me... but I don't have a DO meter. You could test hydrogen peroxide to see what that does on DO ;) What kind of meter did you get?

Well I have a 350w and 90w from prosource, about a year on the ufo almost a year and a half on the 350w. No problems whatsoever. I am pleased to have gone with a more professional company with a warranty and whatnot. The leds have performed very well. No burned out leds or anything.
