    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

Rook, there are companies like Triqsoft that have already done this. You may want to check them out. There's definitely more than a couple of these systems already on the market.

If you thought MMPR LP's were expensive already ....

I don't buy it. Not for a second. Fake.

Lol, or we're all sitting here trying to figure out where they got 4000 lights when it's a typo.

How much is an incinerator like the one in the video?

    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

Huh, I'm definitely interested to hear what they say also. I would much prefer composting. I'm a farmer, and would happily do it on my land too. (Keep your money HC, just give me free compost! MUWAHAHAHA!)

    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

I'm pretty sure you MUST incinerate excess product. I think you can only compost the stalks. A compost pile with anything other than stalks won't fly with HC. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

Who will be the first LP Granted an Import Permit?

I doubt cheap outdoor would pass HC testing requirements. I'm sure they'll learn that either before, or very soon after they start exporting to Canada.

    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

That's a really good question Spice.....what DOES constitute a "Big LP" vs a "small LP"? Putting a cap on square footage doesn't work. So how do you decide who the bad guys are and who the good guys are? It seems so arbitrary. I considered starting a new thread, but that'd start a shitstorm...

    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

Not a lot of real info on the new LP, Canna Farms, but they seem to be pushing the idea they are smaller and family run. This I like. Pending further information, these guys look like the type of LP I would go to. Of course, that would depend on their quality, but I am optimistic that there's a...

Video update on MMAR Constitutional Challenge/ Injuction

I agree Koot....not how I would have liked to see MMJ represented. What's worse is, as a patient, it's not only how MJ is represented, it's how I'M represented. Regardless of whether that representation is accurate or not.

    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

I agree Budgetguy. I really hope the patients who opt to use LPs make Canadian grown MJ their first priority. We are hopeful that we can carry several strains, but like you, I predict the first year or so will involve a fair bit of research into what strains to use. I'm hoping to carry some...

    MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

You must be planning a pretty massive grow. Testing will be expensive, and in a small scale grow, 50 strains could make testing pretty cost prohibitive. What kind of square footage are you looking at in your plan?

Hey Adam. Just outside Winnipeg myself. Glad to meet you.

Why is there sooooooo much secrecy...

This is kind of what I am getting at with the thread I recently started. So would it be legal for Mettrum to buy seeds for a specific strain, and sell the product with the appropriate label?

    What's in a Name?

Just a heads up, this is one of those "LP Threads". I know they're plentiful in this section as of late, so sorry for adding to what some don't want to see. I am wondering, as I peruse Mettrum's newly updated site, why they are using such a ridiculous system. Why not use well established...

    MMPR Soil or Hydroponics?

I, for one, would be very interested. Thanks Pat. i'm using an aeroflo to experiment with right now to get my feet wet (see what I did there?) with some different growing techniques. I'm not as far along as some of you, but I am also a LP wannabe. I'm just a basement kid who likes growing good...

    MMPR Soil or Hydroponics?

Hydroponics (soilless medium ie. sunshine mix). The ability to move individual plants would be super important, especially for a new set up that the grower is still unfamiliar with. I'm basing it on the most forgiving style IMO. I'd also assume a LP would experiment with different types of...
