i have access to straight up horse manure that sits in a gigantic manure pile for weeks and months i see mushrooms growing on it all of the time after rain is this stuff a good substrate? i can get fresh straw as well can i pressure cook the manure in jars? how should i process it beforehand?

i pressure cooked my popcorn in jars, with a paper filter disc for a lid and a double layer of tinfoil on top after i inoculate the jars, do i put the tinfoil back on, or leave the jars in the tote with just the paper discs and the screw caps on there? thanks, monkey
