Yeah, Definitely put them closer. If you can put three fingers between the lights and the plants without it burning you hand you're good, but be careful because they might grow quickly and into the light and burn themselves. Cheers!

As long as you transplant them before they get too big (Check them often) you should be fine. I once threw about 15-20 in a small jar to germ. them. I checked them often and removed them before they got too big.
