Ok,

First thing i see is that frickin rockwool.

Carefully remove rocks and rockwool from net pot.
Replace or flush the hydrotron rocks in filtered water or r/o
Clean and sanitize the net pot.

Very, very carefully, soak that rockwool and separate from roots.

Place enough clean rocks in net pot too make sure the top is exposed and the root
stem is as low in the net pot as possible. Fill in around stem and top water for a week
or so. Mason qt jar 2-3 times a day with clean tap water ph'd to 5.4. No more than 250
on the ppms. Fill a couple of 5 gallon buckets and let it degass for a day or two, get it ph'd
and ppm'd. I've save many a girl with this process.

I hate rockwool. causes problem.
I start in vermiculite and transfer
seedlings directly into the seedling cooler.

I also see my arch enemy, the rubbermaid.
Water temps? Where are you at and WHY?

Hoping to help them babies,,,,,

No, the plant looks healthy. He recommended that you dispose of the rockwool because its garbage and your plant will do much better without. Putting the stem down in the medium will help the roots get to the water faster and therfore the plant establishes and grows faster.
