Ok so i have four plants three are in 4 inch pots they are 3 weeks old and the other plants is in a red solo cup (beer pong cup) anyways the roots are fkin outgrowing this cup bad im talkin 6 inches of a root hangin out....is this going to affect my plants growth...what do i do transplant? Also...

ok so i have four plants growig at the moment they are three weeks old they wer vegged 24 hrs for two weeks and got about 4 inches tall with about 10 -12 leaves on each plant so due to time i had to induce flowering... but so far im not really seeing any new growth except for a few tiny leaves...
