Can someone please tell me what happens when a plant goes hermie ? My baby has had some recent stress involving spider mites and treatment, is she turned hermie ???

I was given this plant about three weeks ago, She was pretty beat up , the tops were cut, I noticed a couple days ago she was covered in webbing, I did research, found out she had the dreaded spider mites!! I made the reccomended mixture of nicotine water and soap, I misted her periodicaly...

I have been doing alot of reading am anew grower, I have spider mites bad !!! what do i do ? will they kill her ? I have been spraying with nicotine water, just started 2 day, Help!!!!!

I know I probably sound like a dumb ass but what are nutes ? I have been given this beauty about three weeks ago got her flowering on a 12 and 12 schedule watering with distilled water, have one flouresant about 3" away from her and a 250 watt incondesant 2' away from her so she don't get burned...

I have one plant , about four weeks into flowering, I have one four foot flouresant, and a 250 watt incondesant , is this sufficient ? I am a new grower , was given this a couple weeks ago. A couple people have helped me so far and I thank all of you for your support!
