new plant

I am a new grower , just was given a plant. It is about three feet tall and three feet wide, flowering but buds still pretty small about two to three inches, and all hair very white. how long must i grow and when do i harvest ?

ok been reading ALOT , got a basic understanding of how old the plant is , to NOT get scissor happy and to keep at right temp. I am keeping plant on 12 and 12 schedule, is this best for flowering?

yes, you will want to keep the plant on a 12 on 12 off schedule. make sure is has plenty of ventilation as well
