Lighting Question

I have one plant , about four weeks into flowering, I have one four foot flouresant, and a 250 watt incondesant , is this sufficient ? I am a new grower , was given this a couple weeks ago. A couple people have helped me so far and I thank all of you for your support!

thats the same set-up i am running right now for three pants, and it works great.. how many plants you have under them is the real ? here....
