Dont know when to plant?

This chart lists 3 different temps, an 3 different percents for frost.
I would use the 36' column, an 10 % chance of frost to be safe

June 24th... sweet...

I thought it would be way earlier than that, thats only 4 months of grow time for my babies. I don't think the mexican shwag seeds will finish by then.
