start to finish/no fancy soils

Has anybody have a start to finish soil mix with no fancy soils in it, just regular stuff you can buy at the nursery.
I have no grow shops near me.
Thank RIU members.

Also when can you put seedlings in it?

my simple mix was MG Organic Garden Soil + perlite with 1 tpsp of dolomite and bone meal per gallon of soil
put sprouted seed right in soil - still about 2 weeks to go, and it was a micro setup - 3 26w cfl's
but grow has gone well, it's a nl#5

well, i did fertilize, though with a bit of a different feed than most here
i brewed bone meal/molasses tea. 1 tsp bone meal, 1/2 tsp molasses, 2 quarts water
a fair number of the commercial organic ferts out there do incorporate their phosphorus into their product with this method
i did use MG bone meal, 6-9-0, so it has a fair amount of nitrogen, some of it slow release

Well the other day I was going through youtube and so a soil by supergirl gardens. The cool thing was that is was two mixes the bottom mix for flowering and the top mix for growing. They wanted twenty bucks or so for four gallons of soil. I would have to spend 160 dollars to fill eight containers, and that does not include S&H.

I was trying see if anybody had a simple, not nesarly cheap mix cause every time I mix I burn shit up.

if you're having burn problems, best to take a step back and use soils with less in them in the way of nutes
i have seen organic plant foods in the local stores, walmart, lowes, etc. that you could add low and build up gradual
i think what you are looking for is a 'super soil'. there are number of articles here on soils that grow from seedling to bud, just search on 'super soil', bunch of recipes for them

What else does this need? Also I don't have any idea what amounts, so if anybody could help that would be awsome.
peat moss
mushroom compost
green sand
espon salt
lime

i would replace the epsom salt and lime with dolomite
dolomite is sometime referred to as lime, though they're no always the same, dolomite is real cheap and readily available
dolomite has plenty of magnesium(and calcium) which is what epsom salts are often included for
and dolomite's effect on ph is excellent, if you use dolomite, you probably won't have a ph problem(using water in the 6-7 range)
i know that epsom salt is pretty popular, and i can't dispute its usefulness as a magnesium source
but one seemingly knowledgeable grower cautioned against it, claims it is often the source of harsh smoking bud

Where I live you can't get either one of those potting soils.

I am just using ordianry peat moss potting soil and plain water for nearly all my grow.. Only nutes i am using is miracle grow. And my grow seems to be going fine. Still aint used miracle grow yet tho i want the plants into at least 2 weeks of veg before i use it as to have no toxic risks i will only use 1/4 strength. If i can get away growing with this you will be fine :D

I use to worry about the pH I don't think I am any more, If I do I might lower it to 6.5-6.7.

I have a new soil Idea. I think Im going to just use plain potting mix with 25% mushroom compost(cow manure, not sure), and feed it with some back yard compost tea.
I might spray fish emulsion, and other organic feeds I have if needed. I think this work out, it seems simple and simple is better.

just be sure it's a plain potting mix - MG potting soil(for example) is loaded with time release fertilizer
so are many other soils labeled "potting mixes" - these soils can work quite well provided you are aware of how to use them
