I use it and have grew hempy as well works well but I never feed much over half strength

what about the humidity, you will probably end up with mold in the house

so, they both work and grow good bud

I see the new V3 is 200W with different diodes guess that why i got my last V2 for 369

one plant under a 180 will grow nice buds the light is impressive

actually with a 2x4 might be better with 1 es300

i say es180 inalso have sf1000 and mars sp150

Glad i bought sf1000 early on use for seedlings, i set it at 65-70 watts they love it if you only use for bloom with another light dimming isnt a big deal if you use it for all stages dimable is prefered but can always be hung higher just a waste of electricity. seems like they went backwards...
