Cant vent outside should I worry?

I am setting up a 5x5 tent in a room dedicated to it. The room is much bigger there is free space, but I can't vent anywhere but the room. For mostly stealth reasons and not being able to drill or create openings. There is a window in the room but to vent it through the window it would have to stay open 7/24. Would it be okay to look after 5-8 plants and vent the air in the same room? I will keep the doors open when I can (meaning most of the time tbh unless family comes to visit then im fucked) or open the window to get some more fresh air in here and there. Maybe I can also get a CO2 bottle? I'm going to also grow mushrooms in there so I think they will produce enough CO2 in the room when I start but not yet. Any thoughts about if this will work and not create problems?

Im thinking placing monotubs close to intake of the fan for fresh CO2 kinda like creating a loop of CO2 and oxygen lol

C02 shouldn't be an issue, especially if the room has a heat/ac vent in it. Your inline fan will also keep the air exchanged inside your tent. Only issue may be strong smell when flowering, so you'll need a filter on your tent fan. A C02 bottle doesn't do much good in a tent that you are using a fan in and replacing the air continuously.

I have a carbon filter so Im not worrying too much on the smell, also if the smell leaks a little I will just place those OVA things, burn insects all the time in the house as well lots of smells lol

what about the humidity, you will probably end up with mold in the house

I'm flowering a 5x5 scrog now. No tent just panda plastic enclosure. Six inch inline fan sucking through a mountain air 640 (I think). It blows back into the room (I have co2). I get a little smell in the room but the rest of my place is good.

If your house is important, perhaps plastic drop sheet on walls outside tent. Double room. Put a dehumifier in that room with tank or hose to drain.. if bathroom around, vent to fan. That humidity will ruin lots. Like a mild steam bath. You can make false window with blinds.
8 plants is a lot for 5x5 if vegged long.

I probably wont see 8 I'm just exaggerating, I cant vent to the bathroom because I would have to put a hole in the wall. I guess I will have to find a way to vent somewhere else I don't think I will be able to fight humidity at that point

That's nice to hear do you have any problems with the humidity? Where I live it's already humid enough and I don't even run a humidifier most of the time, do you think when I do my RH in the room will be too high and room will get moldy?

You will probably be ok with 3 plants. A dehumidifier is needed. You could exhaust to a small plastic storage shelf enclosed in plastic with a dehumidifier inside, venting to outside room. Like a 2 stage solution.

I had a friend lose his basement ceiling due lack of venting air. He ran 4 plants in a 3x3ft tent.

So even though he hasn't stated his humility % he would still cause mold in his room?

Plants drink, plants transpire, moisture goes somewhere. The more plants, more moisture. It's just my experience. It would not be great to find out after the fact. If the 5x5 will be used multiple times, it will be a health issue with mold. There are lots of clever people here with good threads to search.

I have a window I can open to bring fresh air into the room its not completely sealed. I just cant vent outside directly, if the temps allow it I can even leave it open 7/24, probably the door to the room will be open for the most part as well. Room is quite big and has lots of free space still. I thought maybe I could get away with it with theese conditions but do you think it woul def cause mold

I will se if my rh get too high, if it does I guess I have no choice will try to do something like this. My window is a walkin window to a small balcony so its super big its going to be a pain in the ass to make it work but we will see

You can always start with 2 plants and expand. I have only 2 plants with venting outside in a detached building and it is humid when i open the door. Maybe heat that area as mold loves cold spots. Move the air, open those windows for some hours. Trial by fire.

Yeah I have to run a dehumidifier AND an A/C unit to keep my environment good, but I have 2200 watts of light in there plus my cloning and veg are in the same room. Since you can vent and I can't it might work for you. The plants can take close to 80% humidity in veg but I try to stay under 65% in flower. My house is usually 70-80% RH and it doesn't get/smell moldy...to me anyway. To me owning a humidifier is a strange concept.

In my case im just gonna run a 5x5 and that's it the window and doors being open to bringing new air seems like it will make it work on the paper to me. I will see how it goes but fingers crossed I can just vent in the room and be ok. Plus I will only run an 650watt LED in the tent

Just leave the window open and put a stick so it can't open fully only need a little Crack my window In my grow rooms like that with curtains no one can see and fresh outside air all the time

I'd do the same thing; maybe it'll work out and you'll save yourself the cost of the dehumid and the electricity to run it. I went from an older analog dehumid to a new Noma brand digital and the digital ones are better. They run a lot less, have better efficiency (over 90% vs about 70%) and you can dial in the humidity better BUT you may not need one.
