Weight loss is dramatic after a short time...due to under nourishment though... muscle tone decreases rapidly....dehydration causes a calcium loss...deficiency long term in ya bones.....PLUS the weight loss ya talking about leaves a person looking gaunt and frail...not healthy and thin...a speed...

Depends how big ya want them to get, 600W HPS should cover them all depending on the size of ya grow area... Ive had really positive results with one

cheers man, I actually did think of heat when I first setup the power points and I actually have the inlet pulling air past all of them, nothing is getting hot, which is always a nice thing...when the box is made of wood...and its where ya sleep!! Btw...now that i have the fans and the new light...
