I was thinking that if you're growing hydro, then they might be deficient. Try upping the N a little more and see what happens. the one I have is a nitrogen fiend! lol

Nah, I haven't seen any purpling that early...but your the second person I've heard say that they've had purpling in the seedlings if that helps. One of mine changed when it was N and P deficient but I'd think it'd be too early for a nute deficiency. Are you growing hydroponics by chance?
