    Slow/stunted growth. First dwc

I have to agree with Aquaman on this. Everything ttystikk said about air stones is completely inaccurate. Not saying that waterfalls don't work, just saying thats a lot of misinformation my friend.

like i said. gradually start turning them back on one at a time every other day or so.

*** RDWC HELP NEEDED *** STRESSED PLANTS DAY 1***

its not heat stress. its the light intensity. making the flip to flower is stressful enough, but when you add all that extra wattage/new light they will stress beyond belief. do yourself a favor, dim the lights by 50%, if you dont have dimmable ballasts then cut half the lights off like you had...

    Question about roots

From my experience those "thinner roots" only come from modules like an ez cloner or a multi bucket type DWC setup. Those "thicker roots" are usually what I am used to seeing when I veg in an RDWC for about a month in 13 gallon buckets

    Loss of power

You need to take some pics when the lights are off(clearer pictures). Couple questions though.... 160 DEGREES?!?! How many watts are you running and how small of an area? Another thing is how long was the power out for?

    How often do I flush?

You just responded to a 5 year old thread buddy.

Newbie to dwc nd a little help!

5ml per gallon sounds like you are using full strength. I would DEFINENTLY cut those figures in half at the very least. I personally use a quarter strength with my RDWC setup.

DWC NUTRIENT RECIPES FOR HEALTHY FLOWERING

I have been growing in an RDWC for years. I have used Botanicare first. Decided to go to AN from there and was less than impressed. I then did the DM base nutes and stuck with that for years. I guess recently Sunlight Supply stopped carrying DM products and the guy at the grow store recommended...

    The Transition

Silky: 63 days give or take a day or two. My whole point is, you don't start seeing pistils until almost week 2. So 61-65 days is a lot different than 75-79 days. When I say professional growers I mean 3 guys I know in their early 50s who have been doing this longer than I have been alive...

    Need imput from Co2 users

I didn't pump co2 for the longest time because of people on these forums saying what JSB has said about how you are exhausting all the co2 out of the room because of inline fans. How about I tell you this. I got a co2 meter and my room read it was around 400 ppms. I then went out and purchased...

    The Transition

Agreed that you want to cut down when you know they are ready just by looking at them. But I purchased seeds online(only 1 strain) that gave me a flower time of 63 days and it is right on point over 30 batches later. My buddies also purchased seeds(6 strains) from that same website and it is on...

    The Transition

I've NEVER heard of people to start counting after the "transition". As soon as you flip, the countdown begins. If you have a 8 week strain, you flower for 56 days straight after flipping the switch and that INCLUDES flushing. Ask any experienced grower and they will tell you that.

The Official House and Garden Thread

So you have used Top Shooter in an RDWC with good results? I just have to be careful how much to use... I will be honest. I have a 117 gallon setup and I plan on using 50ml first just to see how much it brings my ppm up. Thanks for the quick response too..
