nah, you will need ac if you use hps no matter what. but i DO need an oil heater and a fan to keep my reservoiors from hitting 45 degrees in winter with quantum boards. but it can be 90 degrees outside in summer and my garage sits at 80 and with dehuey it runs up to 85, perfect for led NO AC.

go with quantum board kits on amazon, they are a dollar per watt right now
