thanks guys i meant warm white not cool dohhhhh. so 3/2 ratio of white n red ? if i was to add loads of warm white lets say exaggerated if i had 1000w of warm led an only 100w of red led would the plants only bloom as fast as 100w red ? in effect if i had 1000w of warm white i should have 650w...

Guys im going to have a crack with some 100w leds now rather than passive air cooling with a heatsink, could i use a powerful peltier ??? would a 100w peltier be ok for a 100w led chip ? cheers

yes im looking at using a 600w hps with 4 x 100w warm white leds (going to have a go at doing a diy on the leds, a driver, led an heatsink an fan) this will be in a 2.4 tent. Ballist which colour did you use on the leds ?

cheers m8 :) it also states 10000 lumens as appose to a 600w halo which is 90000 lumens ! so would i need 9 x 100w led @ 3000k to get equal lumens to the 600w halo ?

ok guys i know that 2700k should be used when in flower, but has anyone tried a 100w led @ 3000 - 3200k for it ? going to add a 6500k @ 100w also :) what you guys think ?

im not sure about the tracks man, surely there only getting light part of the time (when the tracks go over & the other part less light when the tracks are away) surely how can this be better than continous light right above ? ive recieved my lights 3x warmwhite x 105w = 500w @ $40 a go thats...
