Should I run my tubbing from the tank to the base of the plants? I was thinking I would put little holes in the tubes and let it dispense around the bottom of the the plants.. I had it tied to a oscillating fan before so I would like to try something different.. and can I find a cheap meter...

Ok guys my ladies are in the fourth week of flowering and have been growing vertically like its their job. I am getting concerned because they are getting too close to the light and I can't move it up any further. Any ideas?
