Plants too tall

Ok guys my ladies are in the fourth week of flowering and have been growing vertically like its their job. I am getting concerned because they are getting too close to the light and I can't move it up any further. Any ideas?

Tie it down as best you can. I wouldn't recommend chopping it.

Carefully, yes. Use some twine or something, maybe drill a few holes in your pot to anchor the line(s).

Same thing happened with my BlueBerry..... As you can see I tied it down the best I could..
