I have the cheap test trips so I have no exact ph but I keep it around the 6.0 range.

It is a hydro grow. From a bad experience of adding nutes too early I was informed not to add nutes until after the first 2 weeks. That information may have been wrong. Hopefully I can get help to get on the right track.

So flush nd leave the res without any nutes?

It's not flood and drain. And I was told not to add nutes within the first 2 weeks.

I have a 3 week old ladyburn 1974 plant in dwc. I first had 2 13w 2700k cfls an inch away nd spraying with water everyday. Water has 1/4 strength nutes. I then changed the lights to 2 26w 6500k cfls and 1 13w 2700k cfl. Added another 1/4 strength nutes to the reservoir and stop watering. 2days...

Pretty impressive. What is a good water level to start off my seedlings? Is 2 100watt cfls good enough for 2 plants?

This grow seemed to be almost perfect. What level was the water when you started? Above or below the pot?
