3 week old plant is DYING and I need instant help!

I have two bag seeds in a bubbler. I have 2 6500k cfls and 2 2700k cfls in reflectors. Theyre 3 weeks old. 3 days ago the leaves started turning yellow nd brown. I had no nutes and my res was full of only drinking water.I was told to add calmag+ and 1/4 nutes to my res. This didnt solve the problem. May have made things worse. What is going on with these plants? Help me please.

*2/12 weeks**BEFORE NUTES*

*3 Days Later*AFTER NUTES WERE ADDED*
Please help. And thanks in advance.

Figure 4 is definitely an over-fert problem. The high level of nutrients accumulates in the leaves and causes them to dry out and burn up as shown here. You must flush with clear, clean water immediately to allow the roots to recover, and prevent further damage. The find the cause of the high nutrient levels.

I would tend to agree. My eyes are not the greatest but what I see says cal mag will not help. To me it looks like potassium has been locked out by overfeeding.

It is a hydro grow. From a bad experience of adding nutes too early I was informed not to add nutes until after the first 2 weeks. That information may have been wrong. Hopefully I can get help to get on the right track.

First things First,, What is the PH of that Drinking water? Without starting there, you could throw whatever you want at it, and its not going to help.

OK, Where There is where I would start. Your PH in Hydro is very important in my Opinion. 6.0 is a little on the high side, and you are probably locking out quite a bit considering with the CHEAP TEST STRIPS, you may even be higher, who knows,,, but then that is the problem, you kinda need to know. Then when it comes to adding Nutes, they are going to change the color of your water, so those colored test strips are now rendered even more useless.

Best to invest in the basics and get yourself a decent PH/PPM meter, so you know what and when your plant is taking up what they need to survive. Otherwise your just shooting in the dark.

Good luck!!

I will order 1 ASAP. Any other advice on keeping these plants alive while I wait on the meter to be shipped? Any info is greatly appreciated.
