From GREEN to BROWN in 2 days!! Can it be saved??

I have a 3 week old ladyburn 1974 plant in dwc. I first had 2 13w 2700k cfls an inch away nd spraying with water everyday. Water has 1/4 strength nutes. I then changed the lights to 2 26w 6500k cfls and 1 13w 2700k cfl. Added another 1/4 strength nutes to the reservoir and stop watering. 2days later I have a problem.
