The most mature ones have tiger stripes, but are still a little green on the ends.
I had to harvest early out of necessity too. Do you think the seeds would germinate?
Long story short, I took a feminized seed and grew it COMPLETELY isolated from anything else.
Now when I pick apart a bud, we have seeds.
Any idea what I did wrong?
If it's bagseed then it's probably just some genetic trait to that causes it to flower that way. Some strains are just better producers than others.
But I would def double-check the photoperiod, just in case I'm wrong.
It was kind of weird for me. It made everything that I thought about seem ridiculous.. and my friend said she didn't feel a thing, although she was a little giggly.
Now we got some good answers!
And yeah, that one ounce was my best-case scenario/masturbation fantasy. I do know someone who grew the same strain (Whiteberry), finished it around 3 feet, and ended up with somewhere between 2-3 oz.
Thing is, everything else has already worked out 10x better...
I have a single plant under ~6400 lumens (4x23 watt), and that baby is thriving! :)
Just make sure to space them out around the plant, especially during flowering. CFLs are the shit for growing in small spaces.
The theoretical grow area in question is a Rubbermaid clothes hamper (you can imagine the dimensions). The front side is mesh, which would allow me to position a small fan in front angled up to circulate air (so... semi-enclosed).
As far as my expectations, I would have started flowering at 6-7...
I should probably rephrase...
If each bulb puts out 1600 lumens, is the total output from all of the bulbs combined 6400, or just still 1600 with more coverage?
