Chance of SWIM getting out of the situation with minimal fines probation and community service because hes a minor?

They were both new and empty but according to my freind who was busted for having 10gs bagged out in a high school(he only got probation and kicked outta school) SWIM is likely to wind up just getting probation for a year with a small fine.

SWIM was taken to the station and had his parents called and information written down. SWIM was not handcuffed nor told his rights. SWIM was also not told he was being charged just that he would receive a letter with a court date.

Keep in mind that SWIM is a white rich kid that gets good grades etc and this is his 1st offense. If all of the weed was in one bag can they still charge SWIM with intent to distribute because of the other empty dimebags?

OKay so SWIM lives in New Jersey and was with his buddies at a park and two of his buddies sparked a joint and soon enough a cop showed up. The cop searched everybody and found weed on 5 people including 18 grams and 4 empty dimebags on SWIM. SWIM is a minor and this is his first offense. SWIM...

I picked out my spot for next year and it is conviently located abut 200ft from a creek. My qeustion is how do i get water to move through pipes to my plants? I know how to build a drip irrigation system i just dont know how to get water to move through my pipes from the creek if they pipes...

Is it possible to grow a plant outdoors in the winter? Better yet, is there a strain designed for low temperatures? Could i use a small greenhouse or something?
