Any one having any problems with bud worms...they seemed to come right after the last rains we just had...little green ones...I just sprayed with some organic spray made from essential oils of peppermint clove thyme and a few other plants...if this does not work I guess its Bt time....

All this rain has really risin the humidity ..I have a dehumidifier and 4 blowers going in the greenhouse to keep a good airflow..I had a little bud rot from Irene as we got flooded...

so if you got bud worms ..whats working for you.....my plants are 13 feet high so hard picking them all off

Its about that time again when we east coast growers begin the germination process. I will be germinating X number of OG Kush seeds i bought off a friend of mine tommorow. What are you guys growing and when are you germinating if you haven't already?

Germed 5 Barneys Farm Violator Kush, 5 Liberty Haze, and some Attitude freebees from Ch9 and Eva last week. All are up and looking healthy!

The "potion" can use some improvement. I'm looking for a way to 1) make the capsaicin from the pepper and the volatile oils in the garlic more soluble on water and 2) find a way to make the solution stick a little better as it needs to be re-applied regularly.
i know this is old but use a little dawn dish soap and it will help with the mixing. it works for neem oil and should for this as well.

as for sticking to the plant... try to make the solution as strong as posable another good thing to add is the seeds from hot peppers, crush em and let soak try to save as much of the oils as u can. just my 2 cents
