oh it will matter, frost kills MJ dead.
Around here plp put sheets (NOT PLASTIC), or mybe a table cloth over it.
I have no clue if this will shave her or not, but I tried to give ya something.
The roots might get way to cold anyhow

Throw some sheets or cloths made out of cotton. Be sure to have at least 3 layers. They shouldn't be heavy, don't want to damage the plant. What you are looking to do is isolate the air around the plant without raising the humidity.

do what boneman says but also use extension cords and If you get heating pads lay them out under your tent as many as you can I do that with mine before I'm in mn.
