plant in flower until whenever you want? please help

i know that you can keep a plant in vegetative state until when everyou want to flower..

but can you keep a plant in flower state until you want to harvest??

Once a plant reaches its peak the thc starts to diminsh and the buds become just flowers with no thc. and eventualy will die.

Always keep your plants in veg until they are at least mature, alternating nodes is one way of telling.
