hi guys.

lots of wood later, my new unit is nearing completion.

attachment.php

Here she is. 8 ft wide, 4ft deep, 6ft high. contained within is the main growing area of 6 x 4 x 6, which leaves 2 x 4 x 6 at the end of the propagation unit, air filtration systems and everything else.

Here's the control panel which is soon to grow with some isolators and some other bells and whistles.
on the left, temperature and humidity for the propagation unit, light switch above, and peripheal light switch for side cupboards for maintenance work. on the right, temp and humidity controls for main unit, fan speed controllers which control the air scrubber, and exhausts.

The air scrubber. this unit contains a carbon filter, attached to a centrifugal fan which draws air from the top of the unit, through the white duct at the top which contains temperature and humidity sensors, in to the unit which houses a carbon filter, then out to a seperate unit which contains a heating element, before finally being recirculated back in to the base of the main unit.

view of intake and exhaust fans, with air intake particle filter on the left to keep unwated pests out of the unit.

through the door. area difficult to photograph. never the less, its 6 x 4 x 6ft in size, lined with diamond pattern mylar, with two 400W lights within.

this is the carbon filter for the exhaust. there is also a carbon filter in the air scrubber mentioned earlier.

air intake on the left. in the middle, a plug socket for a humdifier/dehumdifier which is switchable from the humdity controller. using this i can increase the RH, or use the unit for drying with a dehumidifier plugged in. on the right, air intake from the scrubber circuit.

other things to mention:

an IWS flood and drain system is being installed.

as you can see the floor still needs sealing.

two air cooled shades.

CO2 system

and no doubts lots of other things ive missed to mention :joint:
