Heading downstairs to MIR on the LSD and WW. Also will do the next round of SCOB training to the AKS so I can get her into the flower tent ASAP.

Did anyone notice the sample WoW bud I have hanging in the top left corner of the dark box? I hope it's dry for 4/20. :weed:

I'm subbed. I know that you don't like my colors so I will look but not post. Serious looking setup and plants in the pictures posted.

hehe, post however you feel comfortable. I apologize for my rude comments previously, please don't take offense as I was drunk (and am now, actually).

I subscribed to your journal earlier today (when I realized (thanx to lumi) this sub-forum of the Grow Journals existed) but did not have reason to post in it, yet.

SCOB: Spiral Crop Of Bud

Stolen from Hobbes': Circle Crop Of Bud technique. - https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/360125-new-growers-needed-grow-lab.html#post4545778

She was planted a bit off-center so one side was much easier to train as it was closer to the bottom ring of my cage. No worries, it is what it is....

Very nice man! +rep and subbed. I love to see someone who doesn't mind getting the right equipment to grow awesome bud!

Thx, instead of spending my money on smoke I spend it at the grow shop.

With all the extra room in the flower tent I decided to move the auto there during the days for the extra wattage. She has been spending a lot of time under the 150hps in veg instead of the 400mh so the extra lumens should help her to finish fat.

Wonder Woman harvest.

I decided to chop her down today instead of tomorrow so I hopefully don't have to buy any more schwag for a while. She went 49 days before I drowned her, 24 hours more under the lights, and then 48 hours in the dark. I like to drown/dark longer typically, but I am eager to smoke my own again.

Because she was so dense with tops in the cage I was afraid of bud mold if I cut/hung her whole. The room I used to dry in was 62f and 25rh while this room is more like 72/50. I removed all the branches and hung them separately with fan leaves. Hopefully they will by dry enough to trim and jar in ~5 days.

I decided to try and cram my clothes hanger under the stairs and it fit, barely. :hump:

I think I might need a small carbon scrubber and fan to put in this room under the stairs. The cheapest way would probably be to put a small filter in the veg room and T the ducting off in here again and add the scrubber. That way I can just get 2 carbon filters instead of a filter and a fan.

I watered a bunch of the plants today and snapped some pics. I also did a bit more training and pruning on the AKS.

Wembley: 44 Days 12/12
She was looking so good that I wasn't giving her Epsom like the older WoW and younger LSD were. She is showing signs of the mag def (from before I switched to RO water) now as she ripens.

She seems to be taking off now that she is re-potted and not packed tight. I pruned the last 2 badly burned leaves and hope to put a cage around her soon in anticipation of SCOB training.

nice harvest rasputin. the wembley looks awesome. good job on her. subed want to see the afghan kush grow up

Thx. She got transitioned to the flower box today (42 days veg) and I decided to super-crop 3 of the tall branches on my Sugar Black Rose. My Burmese Kush got transplanted to dirt today and removed her seed casing (with a little help from me). I also germ'd a SAGE seed and it got moved to a root riot plug.

My SAGE seed germ'd yesterday as the Burmese Kush got moved to dirt. I had to remove the casing and last of the husk by hand to get her to open up.

Il Diavolo Auto: 59 Days from Germ.
Hopefully she will be done in about another 10 - 14 days. A bit more than the claimed 45 - 49 day harvest.

She is much happier and recovering nicely now that she was re-potted into loose soil. She has 10 - 14 days to grow up, get trained, and then moved to flower after I harvest the Wembley.

Wow, I like when people take the time and effort to grow like this! Question, How do you like those air pruning pots? What size do you use? Since they prune your root's, can you get away with using smaller pot's? I just bought a 5 gallon air pot to test out. I use a similar training method, except I train the plant around my pot in a circle. Next time I will be using a cage like your's, it looks like it's easier to work with. Seriously though, fuckin nice!

They are 3 and 3.5 gallon pails that I modify. They seem to work very well, and are easier to man-handle when moving the plants around like I do, but they dont dry out quite as fast as the fabric smart pots. I used one 5 gallon air-pail on my first grow and it dried too slowly between feedings for me so I started using the 3.5ga pails. Right now I have some #3 and #5 smart pots in flower so I am going to try a couple more of my air-pails again now that things are finally running pretty smooth with my perpetual.

I haven't taken any root ball pics in the past but I will make sure I do for the Wonder Woman. Because she was drowned before harvest it will take some time before the pail is dry enough for me to throw out. The last air-pail I threw out had no spiraling on the sides, but there was a little on the bottom. I only used a bunch of 3/8" drain holes on the bottom in the past but I am wondering if I shouldnt use bigger holes and mesh like I do on the sides of the pails.

Not in the mood to type much, but it has been a busy couple of days in the garden. Lots of transplanting, topping, MIR'ing, etc.

WoW harvest:
