A quick point to mention about the maps tho.... maybe to help with perspective..... It's important to remember that the death penalty does wonders to keep your prison pop down...... and the ratios skewed in your favor.

When I was a trooper I would give kids some advice before I let them go. Don't act like a shithead and don't dress like one if you are going to push the boundaries. Most caught on, the ones who didn't were more worried about ego and image. They usually got ate alive by the professionals.

Regardless, when a person is arrested for a victimless crime...the cop is the one being the gutless shithead. The way people dress is irrelevant when determining who is the person that initiates aggression.

I was in court in FL and a black kid was being sentenced before they took up my case.
It surprised the hell out of me when he said he would rather do 5 years with his hommies in Raiford, than 6 mo in county and 3 years on probation.
"At least they feed me there," he told the judge.
