What are the best lights and soil for a 1 or 2 plant setup?

If you want like an oz at a time 150w, if you smoke very regular just get yourself an air cooled 250w or 400w mh/hps, or even just hps they're fine for flowering.

And for soil just go roots organic or sunshine#4 & you're in good hands.


Also check out subcools super soil, hardly any work at all. Just gotta feed the plants with tap water every few days

I easily pulled down 14oz using a 400w in a 2'x3'x5' area.

Nope it was about 12yrs ago.
Wish I did but to be honest taking pics never crossed my mind.
Hell all these years later and I still rarely take any pics.
Wish I would have sometimes, my buddies and I had some great times doing what we did.

Some info that I remember about it.....

2'x3'x5' closet
1 bare vertically hung 400w HPS/MH bulb
A old version of super soil.
A 6" inline fan with carbon filter mounted on ceiling.
I used only passive intake threw two 4" holes cut in bottom of door.
That was covered on the outside of the door by a wall duct vent.
I then had wire fencing in the shape of a U 1' above the pots then going all the way across the closet.
And going up the walls about 3' making a U shaped scrog.
It took 2 months to veg and fill in the screen.
