So there it is... Don't buy that brand again. Attitude can not legally deal with a grower, it does not matter that you are legal

So then there we have it! If u order seeds from attitude they could fuck you and there's nothing you can do and they don't care!

Try to get seeds in breeder packs and from known breeders. Attitude takes on new breeders but will use your input on the specified brand... Legally they just cannot say that. If the product gets bad reviews I'm sure they will pull it
a good seedbank would verify before selling. Otherwise whats the point of being a good seedbank? Its easy being a secondhand retailer that doesn't care about what they sell.

So you're saying seed banks should grow every strain they sell? I think that would be impossible, where can that much bud be legally grown?

no I am saying if you sell it you have to stand by it irregardless of what it is. if you can't verify it one way or another what you are selling what BUSINESS do you have selling it. oh btw I have a car for you that I have never seen it before but its supposed to be sweet... and its fire engine red !

In this case its seed from a breeder, Attitude is using their Own name to sell the seed, One way to verify the seed is to grow it and test it, but their name stands behind it, but they don't they are ducking behind disclaimers. At the very least they should gurantee the seed and strain at least for refund of the price to the customer irregardless.

Finally to answer your question, Yes the ideal seedbank would test (grow) everything that they sell, otherwise they are not a bank, but just a car salesperson.

I agree that it sucks but it is written clearly. Due to their laws they can not its not just a disclaimer...

I lost faith in Attitude years ago and I refuse to waste time with the company myself .. I refuse to grow Dutch and Spain's genetics and the other breeders who outsource breeding in these countries . So in all actuality the place has nothing to offer me .. But I am going to say I have grown hundreds of crops and Attitude seeds were always the worst no matter the breeder ..

To me they are the Walmart of the Seed Industry as there standards are the same .. No offense meant to anyone who is subjected to this company but its overwhelmingly becoming another corporation based on pure greed that does our culture no justice .

You ordered some schwaggy sounding strains to start with. I would never order any African strain and expect it to not be a ditchweed sativa with little medical use. Regardless of how the pictures look.

I've been very pleased with Attitude, I would pin this on the breeder. Attitude can't grow out every strain they offer to test for their customers, it is logistically impossible. You did all you could do, which is contact them about the illegitimacy of the breeder.

The best advice I can offer to you is this:

TGA, DNA, Reserva Privada, Serious Seeds. Order them in the original breeder's pack. These 4 breeders have never let me down.

just because the OP cant grow "X" weed dosent mean the seeds are bad, maybe the OP is a shit grower? Maybe he uses MG and loves auto flowers? I find it hard to imagine someone would want their money back because they are a bad grower.
i loved the 'Tude when i bought seeds.

I always stick with the major labels. They offer all kinds of stuff from shit to amazing. I always check here for my recommendations b4 I order. Because of this thread I will never order that strain or breeder

You stil don't get it. It has NOTHING to do with LAWS, what it has to do with is how attitude decides to deal with customers with issues. It is up to Attitude to stand behind their products or NOT.

My last response

Im a medical marijuana Caregiver whom is legal to germinate seeds, and legal cultivate medical marijuana, therefor replying to this, email is not asking much of you.. this email will be posted on the forums by the way, I really hope you take care of this.. I would like to show others how attitude takes care of its customers
Sorry to hear of your troubles. But the vendors over there are concerned about our DEA, not what each state says is OK.

Place new order of better product. open and switch seeds for garbage ones. Return because package was partial opened and don't trust its integrity. 21 days later another fresh batch of the same bomb seeds. Your Even :-o

Hang on now and don't be like the GOP and shoot yourself in the foot just yet. Check on RIU for Mohican and check out his grows of Holy Smoke seeds and multiple strains at that. And heis not alone. Not saying this guys complaint is not valid but saying I have heard no other negative so far.
