Need Ideas for a Contest on RIU

am just well aware of these things, and would rather the tens of BILLIONS of dollars that are sucked out of the taxpayers to not go to feed the systems that each year take hold and hostage over millions of innocent cannabis users across the world...

who have done no crime and have done absolutely no harm to anyone else...

what are you talking about man? that must be some fucking killer shit you are smoking. last time i checked the dea didn't do field ops from costa rica man. if you think it's all a conspiracy by me then don't enter the contest bro. no one is making you. you are posting pics online of shit that in reality is little to nothing compared to what's already on here. asking someone to take a picture of their bong with a farm animal or a picture of a joint in the mouth of a famous statue in their town is essentially nothing compared to the hundreds of thousands of grow pics and all types of other info already on this site. do you really think that if the government wanted to bust you they would ask you to take pictures of bowls and pipes? you've gotta be kidding me dude.

and since "psychologically" you somehow and quite obscurely viewed my initial post as some "type of personal attack" against you... is what is really "far fetched to me"...

as it was not a personal attack nor was any "shitting on you... or your thread" and neither were any dredges involved either... ;)

it was more of a "precautionary" measure to denote and inform those who arent aware of how to be cautious when posting "personal info"...

as my main purpose was by ensuring the safety of other fellow riu members... as they may not be inclined or aware of certain pretenses that are used in "cover" against them... and or have knowledge of these certain types of "logistical legalities" as i have been educated with...

and since your most recent post quoted above basically "infers, and implies in itself, a request of info about me" well here you go... enjoy... ;)

as far as "me" being worried at all... hardly... ;)

anything that the "legal system" would (be in futility) for them to try and "affix" anything "against" me... would be completely irrelevant and pointless for them...

yes, you've got it all figured out. we wanted to throw a scavenger hunt for RIU members and have some fun with it. make it an annual thing. i was even willing to donate the equivalent of $10,000 for a prize to the winner. all you have to do is take pictures with a little note that says RIU and some sort of pipe or bong or something. but you have foiled the DEA's plot to pin paraphenalia charges on all of you. i guess you are just too smart us.

now i really do understand why some people get so fed up with this forum. you can't even try to do something nice for people without a small fringe wanting to turn it into something evil.

if you think i am trying to get over on you then don't do the contest. or better yet...write the admin and tell him i am the government runnig a sting and you think this contest should be closed. see where that gets you.

Lol the admin knows the dea is watching already they couldnt stop it if they wanted to, that is part of the reason they say each person is responsible for their own posts, I don't think he is doin anything wrong by warning the newbies of the danger of posting, everyone has access to this site !

i'm working on the list of 100 things to get right now. as soon as i have it together and the prize package all figured out (trying to get 2nd & 3rd prizes) then i'll send it to the admin for approval.

i'm not asking people to post pics of their grow ops or anything like that. any competition you have on RIU would have to involve posting pics. there have been numerous competitions here and no one got all in an uproar about them. if people don't want to post pics then don't. we're not forcing you to enter the competition.

the face pic is only going to be 1 pic out of 100. it is going to be impossible for anyone to get 100 pics so i doubt posting a face pic will make that big of a difference in the end.

It is understood that the prizes are not disclosed at this time. that is cool.

Will the prizes be posted in full for each place winner before the contest starts?

I still don't understand what would be contested in this contest...isn't the point of a contest that people with skill win, and people without lose? So don't we need some definite winner criteria?
