with over 1.5 billion overweight people in the world and rising.
518 million obese people in the world and rising.
and over 350 million spent today on obesity related diseases in the united states.

jesus christ, what the fuck are these fat people eating?

what do you eat?
I only eat what I cook. I don't eat fast food and I don't eat junk food. I eat lots of proteins and complex carbs. Junk food just makes me feel tired. It's not worth it. :)

I mainly eat Chinese anymore. Pretty damn good and healthy. Every once in awhile you find one that puts up a fight but you just got to bludgeon them harder. :bigjoint:

Naw, the main thing I've done is cut out sweets and junk food. If I want to snack I grab a tangerine or a rice cake.
that's what i need to do neo.. plus every night i bring a snack up to bed with me.. the worst thing i could do, i know it, but for w/e reasons it helps put me to sleep... a nice big glass of 2% milk and a sugary snack.. yumm yumm..

i don't use white sugar anymore, i switched over to using raw unprocessed sugar a few months back.. i can't tell the difference.

never even think of eating fast food, doesn't appeal to me.
the main thing i avoid and will refuse to eat is frozen foods.. just the though of a lean cuisine frozen meal makes my stomach turn.

Mcdonalds, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, Del Taco, In n Out, Carls Jr, Wendys... Should I keep going? That's what they eat. Daily.

well, on the extreme, ive seen regular sized sour skittles at a korean store for $1.50 a pack. a store, MAYBE 2 for a buck, but u get apples at 1.29/lb., and a nice apple is near a lb, so....
Yep, at the dollar store here chocolate bars are 69cents or 2 for a buck. I did work in produce for a year and I notice that veggies and fruit aren't cheap. If you want the good stuff its expensive. Then if you go organic your doubling your cost. Only thing i noticed is that bananas are always cheap. This is in canada also, fruits and veggies are imported.

yeah free range chicken and eggs are pretty much my sources of protein. and salmon. i love soup but i always use low sodium no msg broth and load it with vegetables. spaghetti is good too, lots of good veggies in the sauce and healthy if you use whole grain pasta.

pears/apples/watermelon/avocado/bananas/olives... and pomegranates when they're in season are the main fruits for me.

mushrooms/spinach/green-white-red onions/carrots/cauliflower/broccoli/corn are some of the veggies i keep around.
what all do make your soup with?

one of the best inventions of the last 50 years is the foil shit in a box that can make a microwave pot pie crispy. winning.

If you're worried about MSG, don't freak out but there's about 20 different names it goes by. It's in everything. CN would know more about that though.

An Oriental Market opened up bout 10 minutes a way so we buy almost all our groceries there now. Fresh and cheap as fuck. The tangerines give me a mouthgasm they're so good. Also yeah apples are cheaper than candy bars. Candy bars here are atleast $1.09.

i used to eat a lot of fast food and junk food growing up, it never really bothered me.

but when i got older i realized how horrible all of this shit is. all of the fast food, the soda, the chips, the candy, the cookies.
making some homemade sweets on a very rare occasion with natural ingredients seems alright to me, but the packaged shit at the grocery store.. no thanks.

I cook when I get stoned. All about mixing up disgustingly delicious foods with tasty healthier options.

Eggs, Velveeta, hash browns, sausage, bacon, and a slice of american cheese. Good ole fashioned artery clogger:

Salmon and Tortellini:

Fresh lemon grass and ginger stuffed fish with a green curry and boc choi:

Fried Rice:

Ramen from scratch (aside from the noodles):

Cajun style chorizzo budin in hog casings:

Fresh eggs from our hens -

And generally fresh veggies from the garden but during the winter we get by on jarred goods

...Oh, and spaghetti squash... but we're a bit sick if it.

My family and I eat pretty healthy. We raise our own meat and started to grow our own vegetables last year.

I'm trying to keep it all organic and get away from having to buy food from the store.

High toilet mouth, your thread post on fat people wreaks of uneducated redneck mouth dribble. Not all of us were born in the street like yourself, this is the internet. So when opening a thread, try to pretend that educated people are reading this too and leave out phrases like "jesus christ", "what the fuck are these people eating". You are obviously not a religious person, you have thousands of poo-sts and full rep, so what's up with this new thread? What the fuck are YOU eating?

Now in response to your Poo-st, I will simply tell you that corporations have control of the food pyramid now, and simpletons will eat whatever they are told to eat from TV Radio and newspaper ads. Have a nice day popular guy

i make a lot of ramen so it usually goes like this:

can of chicken broth, chopped garlic clove, a little pepper, and about a 1/4th cup of soy sauce.
bring that to a boil and then let it simmer while i cook the noodles in another pot. (i buy actual ramen noodles, not the deep fried 10 for a dollar top ramen lol)

then i strain the broth because i don't want any big chunks of garlic, back on the stove where i'll add green onions/mushrooms.

and then i'll strain the noodles and add them into the broth and mix in a couple raw eggs.
