it's not a seed strain it's a fert.

i have used it in the past with decent results during veg. cycle but didn't like end result me personally im goin organic this year trying to improve yields.

triple 15 means 15-15-15 formula. that is 15 nitrogen 15phospate 15 potassium. they also make a triple 19. this is stuff farmers use for like large gardens and feilds. maybe if u had a huge plantation outdoors i would use it.
