Seriously, the last time I was at the Grow Store I noticed someone sitting in a car talking on a cell phone in the parking lot. I went on about my business of driving back home (55 miles), then I noticed a cop car behind me in an outside lane. Then the cop was behind me like they were following me or running my plates. I must have left their jurisdiction because they turn off. Paranoia and coincidence

Even if you did pay it, theres nothing stopping him grassing you up just for the hell of it, so you may loose your money and still get busted. He will have his quick fix of money, and lets face it...
