Completely your call. I'd ignore the fuck out of it and keep a bat near my door . Unless he's got genuine evidence against you then the police could poke around but wouldn't end up with a warrant. But you know where you live so you will know your laws and rights better than I.

LOL 3 hours. The transfer could take 4 hours to complete. He clearly does not give a **** about making sure you have time to do it.

Yeah scrap the grow mate. Find out who it is and just kill him. He's got plenty of other people that have a motiv to do just that so your golden. He must have pissed off many people before.

exactly, go to an upstairs window and see if you can see him standing there watching your house, if so you know what to do
