So does anyone know for making beans do i have to dry and cure before looking to see if the pollen worked and if there are any seeds in the bud i pollenated? Just curious... This is my first run and im looking at this one bud like it is a xmas present and has something i really want inside of it...lol Also I haven;t cut yet and they appear to be still pumping out white hairs and continues to keep swelling, i am at almost 11wks now and the anxiousness is killing me.. as long as the trichs are mostly milky and amber can that be considered done? even though it continues to swell.... First time growing this strain and don't want to cut to early.

Internet had been down, but here are some comparison pics as promised... Just got it into jars and letting it cure.... already got next round started and built a recirculating DWC system... will get pics or a new journal going real soon...

Oh and the whole pollen experiment was a bust... pretty bummed about that, but got some good threads from friends on here to read about pollenating and still have more white russian pollen so perhaps there is still some chance of cross breeding some strains in my future....

I ended up going 75 days total in flower.... Yeah i am done with the NL for now... I am doing 4 Fire OG Kush that i just flipped tonight to 12/12 i have had this strain for a long time and it always come through for me so i will do a round of this and then try another strain for cross breeding.. i have a lot of reading to do before i try that again. What strain are you growing right now Drop? You said you were gonna do NL right?

I'm doing my last bag seed grow ever right now. I got one that's like 17 days into flower. I got 8 NL sprouts going now in some starter plugs that I'm putting into dirt tomorrow, just long enough to determine sex and weed out the males. Then it will be time to take clones for DWC.

I've never grown any top grade stuff before until now. I can't wait to start growing some high grade weed.

So got my new system built over the weekend and thought i would share.. It is a Under Current Recirculating DWC system with (4) grow sites a (1) control bucket which is equipped with a float valve hooked to a res. with straight ph water and an airstone to keep it circulating. All the buckets are connected with 1-1/4" PVC and are slipped into the buckets with the GH 1-1/4" Grommets (Also Siliconed those into the buckets for extra measures to guarantee no leaks) that i got at my local grow shop. I have a 835gph inline pump pulling from the back and pumping back into the control bucket. Each bucket has (1) 6" airstone and each grow site has a drip ring to help me water from the top until the roots drop... my next investment will be a chiller which will link between the pump and control bucket so i can maintain cooler temps.. right now using the ol' frozen water bottles, but those melt way quick... We'll see how this one goes.. i had some overwatering and ph issues at first, but everything is controlled now and seems to be taking off.. fingers crossed..
