I know. I trim 3-4 hours every day year long, but this year I screwed up and had my hydro cycle finish right as my first outdoor plants are finishing. 3-4 hours per day have turned into 10-15 hours per day and it's going to be this way for another 15 days. Then i can finally hire some trimmers.

NOTHING about numbers but suggests I can use under the 1996 compassionate act for his or her "Specific condition"

Entirely dependent on where you are. In some counties you'd get sent to prison, in others the DA would laugh and drop all charges. Also it's largely dependent on how good your lawyer is.

la county the id and expansion stamp. (its a stamp i found out by the way dan). kinda like a donar stamp on your liceance
but it allows 99 plants in la county. i can only grow 50 in kern county but its ok . and odds are there only gonna extend
your possesion limit to the full p 16 oz. they dont really want you smoking than more a g a day. sorry but to really answer your question, ask your doc and pay the 25 dollars, your standard limits will be 12 plants TOTAL, 6 mature, 12 immuture, and your allowed 8 dried oz of cannabis flowers, the id will not extend you limits of cultivation, tell your doctor you smoke a shit load and need to grow a years worth. then you will get your limits streched

Yeah, I'm more curious about the expansion than the state ID. I was not aware of a stamp!

If I'm understanding correctly the expansion stamp comes from the doctor, so that'd be the same step.

its your photo id stating, 1 youv discussed medical benifits and health risks for this medication. 2 your phiscian thinks that medical cannabis is a benafit toward you health condition. its everything your wallet id says lol... the stamp is not really a stamp,its just a blue dot lol
and youll recive another reccamendation (its the same as your other one) but this one states, your new limits of possesion and cultivation. And your same doc who gave you your rec does it.
and like dan said..its the same step. everything has to do with the doctor. one stop, thats it. But honestly id wait atleaste 3 months after getting my scrip to ask for more. you know

My Dr. said also its vague for a reason.

My lawyer did mention something similar to what he was saying. We didn't discuss it in full because it didn't really apply to me since I live in a county that has a specific law saying no plant limit (100sq feet). Ask your lawyer about what the Kelly decision means in terms of plant limits. That should start you on the conversation that gets you the information you're looking for.
