First Real Attempt! Small Concealed cabinet! Auto Blueberry and LowRyder 2

i too am new and just ordering my first seeds lr#2. i had thought of using the same system but was not sure if it would work or not. have you changed lights or are you using the lighting that came with it. i was thinking if i went that way i would add an led after week 3 or so. any help is appreciated!

i have the original lights - (3) 26 watt full spectrum aerogarden cfl's, plus (2) 42 watt warm cfl's.

If i were to do it again, i would build my own resorvior, and have something similar to the aerogarden setup. its only one gallon capacity. gotta keep eye on it all the time.

the 6500k lights that came with the aero i got are actually pretty good lights for vegging. i havent used the aero for this particular plant put the light is just a smaller version of the one i do use. and as you can see joe's plants are lookin pretty good.

i was wondering how that was workin out. seems like your plants are doin great even though. even with my ten gallon it seems like i gotta keep an eye on it. that last ph swing really took its toll. lesson learned though. i am never using vinegar or lemon juice again. the man at the hydro store said the superthrive probably had nothing to do with it. are you not haveing problems with ph in that small tank.???? and that bud i have is doin some crazy stuff under that led

no not too bad, they suck it up so quick because its only one gallon. Its always between 6 and 6.5. Some days i add half gallon.

just a thought...., if it becomes too big of a pain refilling the water, you could get a plastic container and cut out a hole in the top that is a little smaller that the lid to your aero and sit the aero lid on top of the new plastic container. i was backtracking through your thread and seen the pics of your lights. you have one more light than the one i got for my girlfriend. thats alot of light!!!!!!!! thats almost as much as i used to veg that big plant. its a 96 and i believe those are 26 each. not to big a difference. so yeah, you can grow a big plant with those.

thanks man! its LR2 and auto blueberry. i hope its some really potent shit. any ideas of when a good time to harvest these specific strains? (i know about the general rule of when trichomes are translucent for sativas mostly and when they turn more amber for indicas, which blueberry normally is, but i don't know about the auto-flowering family)

if you want the max bud you got to give it more light i seen this guy grow 2 oz with 3 75 watt cfl that just one plant the strain was mango it was a book how to grow under $100 its a step by step day by day book he was done in 72 day cure and dry.

i think of changing the flowering nute mix for one week and then flushing for about 3-4 days.

my "light" is part of the aerogarden. the 2 other cfls are wired to regular sockets.

my light was part of the delux edition or something and it came with the longer light stand option (up to 24") and 3 lights instead of 2. i unattached the top and screwed it to top of cab cuz i could not get it to lock in top in the utmost position. (between clicks).

Want a cheap grow? Use daylight cfls for veg and a 150w hps for flowering, make a tank out of cheap $20 aquarium, paint it black, pump, timer, gh nutes, and ur good to go for $250-300.

Aerogarden can only get u so far. Nothing wrong with it, it just cant support more root growth so plants wont get bigger no matter what.
