But besides that very nice ladies you got there. I tip my hat off to ya, I personally don't know any female growers, glad I finally came across one. Lookin good. Let us know how they turn out when cured. I'm also on my 2nd Afghan Kush and LA Woman grow. A little new to rollitup, but I've learned pretty much everything I know from everyone here. Great community of people. With a few exceptions of course. Hope all goes well for you pretty lady.

I knew that the practice of "joining" would be an issue with the law.
What I have seen in OC, Riverslime, and SD is young punks who open a clinic...often with "compassion" in the title and charge 50-100% more than the street. They claim to be a "collective" but they do not purchase from members, but have very large ops backed by all those "members"
The clinic closest to me (never been, but a friend goes) charges $25 for a gram...to the same guy who gave them the right to flower 6 more monsters and possess another 224g's.
I do not know what the answer is, but for just walking in the door and looking around, you have to sign off...and they become your care provider.
I am absolutely for MMJ, but in SoCal it seems to be only about the $$ for club owners. I have no clue how anyone could afford to actually medicate in the proper amounts and regularly at the prices charged at "compassionate clinics". My rec' says 1-3g's/day...
That being said...the LaLa shitty council is surely not going to make it right or better.

Thank you very much. Those ladies are long gone. I'm working with Lemon Haze, LA Confidential, northern lights, white widow, afgani master, sour d, sour grape, hindu skunk, og and xj13. Lots of new strains for me. Rollitup has helped me a lot. Fortunately, I've meet a few master growers and have been able to go into their grows and learn that way recently.This is absolutely ridiculous I can't even believe you wasted your time to post this. Three weeks ago, I went to a bunch to check out cuts. They were mostly awful quality, unknown breeders, way to expensive for what they were, AND I had to join all those collectives. I don't even know if I can UNjoin! I just built a cut room so I can put them all out of business. yeah CCC of Dana Point after charging me $75/3.5g (had just got card and it was my bday) is, I'm sure, still growing my 6 plants and ripping someone off for them. A delivery "collective" is undoubtedly doing the same. I know he is not growing collectively as in 18 months the strain list is virtually the same...he did take cuttings from me once (K-train) and a few months later had "KushWreck" that he sold for $10 more than other strains.
IMO there should be a distinction between joining a clinic and a collective, with a true collective being the one who can hold your "caregiver" status and should include a membership fee in either cash or bud to be sold by the collective along with "collective" prices. The clinics could still charge ridiculous prices for the kids and obtain ALL their meds from private growers at market rate...no caregiver status.

He's been growing for years, he supplied out there, but I just started not to long ago. We were wondering how we go about finding MM patients to grow for ? Sorry I don't mean to sound stupid or anything. We are just tryin to get in the swing of things out here in Cali. We love it, and will never go back. Whole different atmosphere out here. I'm hoping to come across a wonderful woman like you out here

You can hire my daughter to set it up for you. She just passed the bar and is already handling a high profile case that goes to trial this month. She's also setting up a dispensary for someone else. I got a call from an activist group in LA yesterday. A local news station wants to come in and interview a LA based female grower. They want to know if I'll do it. We're negotiating terms like they can't show my face and they can't know my location so I'll have to drive them in. No cell phones. I also want final edit sign off. I'm not sure if I should do it.
