i wanna try what i just read in cc about stressing to get male organs from a female clone to breed it with other female clones to get seeds that they say has grown into female plants 85-90% of the time and they was also consistent with the org female plant characteristics.I wouldnt mind having a few seeds for future.So question is how do i stress a fm clone to get male sex organs?Would i be at a greater risk of developing hermaphrodites using this approach?Forcing out of veg state early?
 
these are questions that the top breeders of the world ask themselves. no one here (unless they have done it) can advise you

U disturb the light pattern and u can force the female into growing pollen a hermie. Half way through the dark period give ur plant an hours light and keep doing so. so the genetics of ur plant is female with male pollen. If and when ur female turns hermie. Cross this pollen with a female to get feminised seeds. As the genetics of both plants were female the seeds will follow and mostly be female.
 
Hermies is all you`ll get.
Not sure where you heard that , but you have it backwards.
What you want is a male to turn female, very rare, but a sure fire way for female seeds.
What you are going to produce are hermie seeds.
If it were just that easy to produce female seeds we would all be doing it.

A male turning female would have predominantly male genes so would therefore produce maleinized seeds.
 
I disagree , it has happened to me,and I have the FEMALE, Bubbleberry X N.Haze seeds to prove it.
Also why is everyone afraid of they`re plants going hermie, if all it does is produce female seeds?

yes and takes longer to grow/ fucks all the other females, the seeds in the hermies steel all the protental weed, its people like you that made me start to grow. fucking hermies. and when you smoke unformed hermie seeds they give you a wierd headace. there ok if you want to have ago trying to make fem seeds, but other than that, there a bag of shit.unless you make hash.

your seeds are prob half hermie and half female, you probaly dont even know your growing hermies, when there from seed. until its too late.
 
You want a female plant, with a male flower.

and you dont have to collect the pollen, you can let the plant pollinate inself
 
Finally found it.
This is the Bubbleberry X N.Haze I was talking bout.
Was a male, turned female, used the pollen and I`ve only ever got females from the seed...granted I`ve onlt planted 20, but what are the odds of 20 seeds planted turning into 20 females.
I`ll keep em.

cowboy is wrong. anyone who is well read or well taught can tell you this. if you were to take his advice you would end up with a male plant that has female flowers, thus having MALE CHROMOSOMES. THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT. what you are seeking is a female plant with male flowers, which still contains FEMALE CHROMOSOMES. if you dont want to take my word for it, then read up...SUBCOOL is an awesome breeder who originated the Querkle strain as well as Jack The Ripper. he seems to think youve got it backwards, and so does everyone who knows what theyre talking about. below is a link to an article written by a breeder called SOMA. you may recognize that name from the famous breeder SOMASEEDS.nl

but to actually answer the questions you have: there are several ways to stress a female, such as "light poisoning", colloidal silver, or gibberellic acid. yes these seeds will produce more hermaphrodites, but since you will no longer have males, its a trade off that you have to decide on for yourself. the great part of producing feminized seeds for me is that i can keep my favorite strain's genetics going without having to cross it with something that might make it less potent or less flavorful, and i wont have to keep clones under a light to keep the genetics alive, i can just stick them in the freezer:-)hope this helped clear up the fog produced by those who dont know what theyre talking about. -peace
