Fast growing trichroms, slow growth of buds.

Have an indoor plant about 6 months old, its been in flowering cycle for 2 months now and i have seen increase of trichromes but the buds themselves havent grown as fast, any advice or suggestions, anything helps!

Probably a low yielder but it might be that it has a long flowering period and will have a explosion the last couple of weeks before harvest.
 
im not sure what purpz is talking about, but 8 weeks of 12/12, and it should be pretty close to the end., what strain is it?, do u have a magnifying glass?( to see the trychs.)?,
