Anyway i was looking at one of thier sites and i found some really cheap fox farm ocean forest and happy frog potting soil in 12 qt bags for like $4 each...just wondering which is better, or if i should mix the two...i know its not a lot of soil, but im only gonna be growing like 2 plants... heres links

From what I understand from my Local worms way: Happy frog is best for starting seeds, and seedlings. While OF is better for mature plants. I use OF across the bored after germinating via rapid rooters, and have had no probs whats so ever all of my plants love it. Add in some Perlite (make sure its w/o nutes) and you should be good for growing.

Hope I was of help to you, good luck on your grow.bongsmilie

thanks man, thats exactly what i was looking for...any advice of what nutes to use? i know everyone has their own preferences...

sorry about that, but if u look at the times, we posted them not that far apart, when i had searched i didnt find what i was looking for...

I dont mind answering any questions, I use the fox farm trio. I see u posted a link for tampa hydro..if your in the area theres a worms way on 56th they are very helpful to say the least. I have only used the trio pack on my flowering plants, everytime I tried in veg I over nuted so I waited a good while before I added anything. What the plant needs will be in Fox Farms soil. If I can help with anything else drop a pm Im far from a pro but I gurantee Ive made enough mistakes to tell you what NOT to do lmao. Its a learning exp. Everyone has helped me so I do the same
