OH my man its the future of hydroponics people thought aeroponics is the way to go but fog is better than aeroponics

Have you researched fogponics?
I've read several attempts at cloners that have failed. I've never seen an operable flowering fogponics system.
The closest thing I've seen used an adapted humidifier.
I have seen hybrid systems that seemed to work well. These integrated intermittent aeroponic sprays to supplement the fog.
Even true high pressure aero systems are prone to failure.
It is my opinion, after hours and hours of research that high pressure aero and fog systems present too many potential complications to outway the reward.
The other popular high-efficiency setups will produce very fast growth and yield, while providing more reliable service and safeguards. My personal favorite is a low pressure aeroponic/NFT hybrid.
Earl is one of the most experienced growers of this method. He will help you if you do it his way. Heath Robison has a vertical recirculating system, kindof like a NFT(he's coined it fast recirculating dwc) that could be easily converted to an aero hybrid.
If you go for it, I'll be excited to watch. Just make sure you provide safeguards. You'll need uninterrupted power 24/7/365. You should also have replacement foggers available to swap as they fail.

i had one of these little foggers... they are the same thing that you see at a Spencer's or what have you... small steel cylyndrical devices with a small ceramic port or such... they sit down in the water (water height is crucial) about 1 1/2 inches below the water. they have a power cord and apparently just 'vibrate' at a high rate of speed causing the water near that ceramic top port to become 'beyond atomized' 
i've read that only pros should even make an attempt with these, and am guess their are still kinks / or problems with it. (and if you need a backup system, then the foggers are a waste of time)
i'd have to wonder if the nutrients in the solution would even be able to make the 'jump' above water into the fog or if they might just be left behind. i'd guess that that is where they are having problems with this.

I had fun with one 2 years ago. Grew some sick tomatoes and I actually got corn to grom in there too!

By coliseum do you mean vertical? I'd like to see more vertical aero systems, those are the most efficient at this time.
Fog systems don't really work yet, still in development, but a vertical aero can't be beat. If you want to plan that, I'll help, I'm working on the same thing.

If im not mistaken fogponics does nothing more than open the pores in the root structure of the plant to allow more nutrient uptake. If used to much nute burn will be almost immediate. Very neat idea for the fogponics though i wouldnt mind giving it a shot in a dwc system.
