1212 Seed Company

Upcoming projects....

Tropicana Cookies x Squirt Sak reversal - Few weeks in already. Along for the ride will be Blood Orange x Sour Tangie which is something we made and kept in our back pocket for a while. Couldn't have thought of a better strain to put along side TropSak. If all goes well and the grow Gods gift us a female there should be some fem freebies and testers of that in the future. All about that citrus life in this tent right now.

Purple Mountain S1 - Just started this one up and its all about Purple Mountain. Along for the ride will be Sweet Amnesia Haze and Tennessee Kush #2. Same idea as above, These two strains were favorites of ours and my Spidey Senses were tingling at the thought of pairing them with Purple Mountain so in they go.

Anyway, just wanted to share and will post pics when things start to get interesting!

I have to say I'm really liking the flavors so far! Can definitely smell and taste the citrus in the Squirt Sak crosses. Not quite like orange or lemon...but very citrusy. The Jetpack (Jetfuel Gelato x Dirt Stick) smells a lot like soil, lol. Very interesting. Taste I'm getting a bit of pine, earthy and dank..really liking it! I suck with descriptions, so trying my best, lol.

Yes it's not much different to clones only a short vegging/ sexing period 1st.

I've another tent i can have the vegging and sexing done before going into the flowering tent so i could turn crops around much quicker, its a bit intensive for me but when i done it I got nice results.

This was me re potting after vegging/sexing under T5s

I've had some other's that look similar but I can't remember them off hand?

Fwiw you can influence the morphology of your plants a fair bit using the timer

Less hrs they're less prone to wasted lower growth, excessive stretch and they finish a fair bit earlier, ime 2wks+ when growing from seed.
If I notice any others worth considering i'll draw your attention to them.

Just gotta mention that the vigor of the Sak of Apples is just amazing.
I topped, cloned, and flipped, them earlier in the week to sex. The host plants are already pushing up and out.

Just curious, for coco coir, how large of pots would you suggest?
Under traditional veg I have been using 3, 5 gallon pots.
I was thinking of running these under 1212 in 1 gal while I do my hunt for the mother.
Once I have my mom selected I am thinking of transitioning to 5 3gal pots and running it as well at 1212.
Would I be correct in assuming this would be a better return on yield than the 3 5gal pots? Would I be better staying in one gallon pots? TIA

Are these strains kinda dwarfed? Or is likey just my situation?
Mine has gone through some serious trauma from hydro to soil and a week in dark transit due to relocation . She almost died and was damaged during her journey.
She looks very petite next to this other plant.
I know these seeds are groomed for 12/12 . Does anyone attempt an outdoor grow?
This will be interesting to watch . IMG_3283.jpeg

ah ok yep that makes sense, those have been known to be a little slow in veg, we are talking about (allegedly) a ~30+/- year old cut that was reversed and pollinated itself, don't expect any sort of hybrid vigor from these, and not so much like the modern hybrids these days that kick into flower fast.
That’s awesome! It has such amazingly beautiful long delicate sativa leaves. It really looks special. I’m not going to be able to be with her for a while, unfortunately. I have no doubt my sister will do her well. I look foward to dropping by with Periodic updates through the season.
