SNPA was my go to also. For years. Maybe a decade.
One hop (Cascade).
Chico yeast.
Doesn’t get much simpler.

SNPA is my favorite too. I use to brew clones of it. I was told they use Wyeast 1056. Their strain has probably changed a bit since they've been culturing their own for years, but it was originally the 1056 I'm pretty sure. That's what I'd always get when I made it. But I've also cultured it from bottles of SNPA too.

And yep Cascade hops.

Brewed with orange peel, grapefruit and soft coconut white tea, this IPA surges with amplified fruits dry-hopped with Citra, Idaho 7 and Mosaic hops. Wired more like an IPA, the lactose adds creamy carbonation in a plush refreshing brew.

It was more like a hazy IPA. Not sure why they call it milkshake IPA though as there's nothing creamy about it. The colours on the can was probably why my neighbour purchased it. I'm not one to turn down a free/cold beer.
Speaking of free beer, my brother went to Michigan last weekend and brought back some Oatmeal Stout. Sweet start with a delightful coffee/bitter finish.

Nothing is better than the Sierra Nevada . I just got back from Yosemite At Curry the grocery story has excellent prices on beer
In the fridge. It was cheaper than the Valley!
