Absolutely massive aphid infestation. To organophosphate or not to organophosphate?

I have huge indoor aphid problem that I have been trying to solve using soap alcohol and essential oils. It has helped, but not a lot.

Should I continue using soap and alcohol or should I just dust everything with organophosphate pesticides? It is affecting 7-8 plants (not all cannabis) to the point that many branches on each plant look like pic related.

Lol, that’s the most disgusting marijuana plant I have ever seen. Lol. Oh my god. Lol. How could you live like this?

An infestation that bad needs a damn good shower to rinse all that bug material away. Just killing them and leaving that mess is no go. Might as well just toss them in the trash if you're not going to wash them off and remove the bug material.

This has to be a joke though. Nobody lets their plants get that infested.
Halloween is coming up!

Id wash them down 3 days in a row, and then treat them with Avid.
It takes Avid 70 days to leave the plant, so its not to be used in flowering. Wear gloves, and a mask when applying.
Avid will kill them in all stages of growth.

Ladybugs. It's really the larvae that go to town on aphids, but yeah, ladybugs. They will clean that sucker up so good you won't even believe it. Just don't get the Chinese ones, as they are invasive and harmful to local ladybeetles.
They imported those biting stinky mustard yellow buggers to fight soybean aphid infestation. There are still the native orange ones around if you leave then some habitat.

Ive seen greenhouses that bad, once they get to that point you were fkd weeks before that. You could use everything, every tactic combined, they will just come back the next day even stronger. How to keep them from returning is another thing. You will have to clear out all plant life, removing only the affected plants wont work, they will just move to the others, that or just outside waiting for you to plant them some new food. FK aphids, dont let them in, if i find a plant with a couple aphids on it, that plant gets stripped pretty heavily and as long as im not past week 2ish of flower, entire crop gets sprayed.

The one and only time I had anything close
The snow killed them all
I wasn’t bringing that into my home and I just cut my losses

Ours happened during winter, during a 2000 plant seed run. We decided to wage war, couldnt stop them. But managed to get the crop to finish and got my damn 10 lbs of seed. :weed:

1 aphid can become 1,000 in a matter of days.
Put a healthy bell pepper plant in there, wait 24 hours, take it outside and hose it off.
You'll have zero aphids after a few days of this.

The more nitrogen rich the plant, the more aphids are attracted to it. I had a pretty bad infestation this year due to someone deciding to bring in a rose cutting. Only a few aphids ended up on my cannabis plants but those pepper plants were loaded! Also, they didn't seem to like tomato plants at all.

Typical response from a rollitup well known member. Toxic. Just trying to help the op with actual experience with a full on infestation large scale.;)
And here’s a typical response from someone who doesn’t have the slightest clue what they are talking about. Simma down now.
