Chemist needed, raito of kelp to dihydrogen monoxide?

Hiya, I got a bag of dried kelp and it won't emulsify, lord I tried.... KELP

How much and long do I seep for a tea and what ratio- I have a 125 DWC, using basic Jacks 3 part formula (RO water).

I'd guessamate my self, but from my previous experiments, I'll ask before I kill 'em alll.....again.


EDIT- 4TH Pic has ratio for soil, no hydro anywhere, in question either.

i read it all, You blend it to a puree, but that will clog the pump,

For 125 gallons , I'd need 2 1/4 cups dried. I can strain it out but how long do I let it sit, and won't I have to use more since the "seaweed" part has to be strained out, that was the op...
